Can I rebook my appointment?
We respect your time, and ours. If you can no longer attend your appointment, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know so we can accommodate someone else during this time. We are happy to rebook your appointment to another date when you are able to attend.
What if I need to cancel my first consultation appointment (45-min hair analysis consultation)?
If you cancel your first microscopic hair analysis consultation appointment within 24 hours of your original appointment date, fail to attend the appointment, or reschedule the same appointment more than three times, we reserve the right to retain the booking payment or charge you the cost of the consultation as applicable.
